Agent Leadership Council

The Agent Leadership Council (ALC), is made up of the top 20% of the agents in each office. This dynamic board of directors is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. The ALC has four areas of responsibility: Growth, Productivity, Profitability and Culture. With agents having a say in how our company is run and treated as business partners, rather than just associates, agents share a true passion for making sure KW is the best place to run a real estate business.
